I have been in contact with the office of the conference that I did my church project over. I wanted to make sure that if someone ran across my project, they at least knew who was doing it and what it was about. Some odd scenario might have someone calling their office and asking who is putting incorrect information on the wiki site that they just found on the Internet. The last thing I want to have happen is for them to know absolutely nothing about the site and have everyone wondering who did this and why.
As it happens, they have been wanting to get historical information from the churches and maybe this is another way for the members themselves to actively tout the wonderful aspects of their church. She asked if I would like her to include information about the site on information that goes out to all the churches. I told her that would be wonderful and hope to see people visiting and adding to the site. This could REALLY get the ball rolling!
